with Honey and Rosemary
- Pre-heat oven to 375F.
- Cut a slit around the top of the cheese. Place in a very slightly larger, oven proof dish.
- Spread honey and rosemary along top and sides.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with freshly baked baguette slices or your favourite crackers.
Optional: Drizzle a fruity balsamic glaze and a little freshy ground black and green pepper on the cheese just before serving.
