I loved that episode, the salad looked soooo good! Is the dressing and fixings for the salad posted anywhere on your website? The idea of poaching salmon seems really good too, I might try this tonight….can the salmon be seasoned?

You can certainly season the salmon to your liking. I leave it without anything, just salt and a bit of sugar in the poaching water, because the various toppings (grilled asparagus, egg, vegetables etc) add so much flavour. If a good quality salmon is being used, that’s all I need.
You could try a light mayo mixed with lemon juice on top of the salmon or a dill and yogurt cream with some lime or lemon.
The recipe is not on the website yet, but I will post it there.
I would like to ask you what kinds of meals you would like to see prepared on the show …. is there a specific one you’d like to see cooked?
